denturesCadena Family Dentistry offers a wide range of denture services to our patients, ranging from full dentures to partial dentures and even repair and relining. Would it shock you to learn that literally millions of people in the United States missing all of their upper or lower teeth, or even both? If you are one of those people, you’ve most likely found yourself embarrassed or being unable to eat and chew all of the foods you most enjoy.

We have combined the latest in neuromuscular denture technology with brand new concepts in denture design and the cutting edge of denture materials. We work together to create solutions that will enable your dentures to look more natural and youthful than dentures ever have in the past. Not only do our dentures look better, they feel better too! We make it a point to use the most advanced technology available to create a fit that is both comfortable and secure – letting you smile and eat with total confidence.

Most “normal” dentists have their dentures constructed with standard material – and that the shape, size and shade of the teeth are usually left up to the selection of a lab that doesn’t really know anything about the patient. This can lead to ill-fitting dentures that are ill-suited to your face – making faces appear sallow, sunken in and drawn. That sometimes mean the dentures you got to look younger can actually make you look older!

Cadena Family Dentistry believes there is a better way. We are there through every part of the denture making process ensuring that the best possible materials are used and that the size, shape and color are a naturally beautiful look designed just for you! We take into account things like your facial features, skin tone, face shape and more. Our end goal is a set of dentures so natural that even your friends and family will have trouble telling the difference.

The first step in the process is to locate the resting position that is natural and comfortable for your jaw. This position is important because it will help to dictate the size and shape of the denture. Whether you are getting complete dentures or will be getting dental implants at a later point, you will need a set of what we call “immediate dentures”. These dentures are a set that you can take home with you day-of that will allow you to eat and smile naturally until your final teeth are ready.

In the event that you are having a set of partial dentures created, rest assured that we will take the same time and care in creating these as we will with a full set. We may recommend crowns for your remaining natural teeth so that your partial doesn’t look so much newer than the rest of your teeth. If you’re looking for an alternative to either full or partial denture appliances, you may want to consider dental implants.
